Returns and Refunds

CHOMPI Club products come with a 14-day money back guarantee (shipping & restocking fees not included).


If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us within 14 business days of receiving your order. After such time, all sales are considered final. 


You must contact us before returning and / or shipping your item. You can contact us by submitting a ticket through the support form on our website.


Once your request has been processed on our end, we will send you an email containing an assigned RMA number to track your request.


After you receive your RMA number and shipping instructions, please ship your product via a guaranteed, trackable shipping service (UPS ground, FedEX ground) to the address provided with the RMA. Products sent back for return must have a printed receipt and / or completed RMA form inside the shipping box.


After receiving an RMA number, the customer must return the associated item immediately and it must arrive at our facility within 7 days. Returns may be denied if returned more than 7 days after an RMA is requested.


Products must be returned in new condition, shipped in the original packaging material with accessories to qualify for a refund. All refunded / returned products will be subject to a minimum 15%+ restocking fee. We reserve the right to deny a return in the case of excessive wear or damage.


With regards to pre-order cancellations, all refunds will be subject to a 3% credit card transaction fee, deducted from the total refund amount.


Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. The return shipping method must include tracking and a declaration of the full value to protect against lost shipments. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping and / or transit throughout the return process.


Once the returned product is received at our facility, refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days.
