Here are a few things to check when CHOMPI won't charge or turn on.
- When a USB-C power cable is plugged into CHOMPI, does the little red indicator light inside the USB port glow steady? Or does it blink / flash?
- Glowing steady = Good connection with battery charge circuit
- Blinking = Battery charge circuit is not communicating properly with the Daisy
(Reach out to us directly if this is the case!)
- Be sure you are using a USB power source with at least 2A if you are operating CHOMPI for longer periods of time. When the device is OFF, it will charge on the minimum .5A (commonly found on computer USB ports), but if you need to run & charge at the same time, CHOMPI will require more juice.
